Meet our team

Alan Rihm

CEO & Co-Founder

Alan Rihm has over 28 years of entrepreneurship, leadership, and business strategy in cloud software and services. Most recently Founder and CEO at CoreDial, a leading UCaaS and CCaaS provider with more than 1,000 channel partners, and over 30,000 businesses on the platform, he led the efforts to drive significant organic and inorganic growth, raised $27.5M in PE funding, and integrated two acquisitions before selling the business for a nine digit exit. Alan has been instrumental in establishing and building ″best places to work″ cultures that attract and retain top talent in each of his companies.

Prior to CoreDial, he founded an Internet Services Provider, an E-Commerce Application Services Provider, and a Customer Relationship Management platform (2002).

Alan is a Mentor with Mentor Connect (organized by Ben Franklin and PACT), on the Ben Franklin IT ERC review committee, and a Board Advisor of the Cloud Communications Alliance (CCA). He was also the 2015 Tech EY Entrepreneur Of The Year winner (PHL), and graduated from Drexel University.

Warren Barratt

CFO & Co-Founder

After starting his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse, Warren has been a CFO for early-stage and emerging growth companies for nearly 30 years. Warren has led finance and corporate administrative functions for technology and tech-enabled companies, with a concentration in B2B SaaS software.

During his tenure, Warren has raised over $200 million in public and private equity and debt financing, has consummated and integrated over 75 acquisitions and has had multiple successful M&A exits. Warren is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.S. Commerce) and The University of Pennsylvania′s Wharton School of Business (MBA).

Jason Harper

CTO

Jason Harper is an accomplished engineering executive with a strong focus on driving profitable growth, enhancing user experiences, and increasing market share through innovative software development and delivery. With over 25 years of experience in B2B and B2C businesses, predominantly in scaling startups, Jason has led high-performing software teams in areas such as scalable backend services, mobile apps, voip, and video streaming. He has experience leading engineering teams on both sides of mergers and acquisitions and through an IPO.

Jason holds a Master′s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor′s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Kevin McAllister

Principal Engineer

Kevin McAllister is an accomplished engineering leader with over two decades of experience in internet technology companies. Most recently working at CoreDial Kevin had been instrumental in the design and operation of the company′s resilient network and systems. Demonstrating an ability to adapt to various roles from SVP of Cloud Services to Principal Engineer.

Kevin′s grounding in traditional engineering education and practices, coupled with his extensive professional experience, empowers him to efficiently design and manage complex technology systems.

Renowned for his exceptional problem-solving skills and excellent communication ability, Kevin excels at fostering workplace cultures that are both accountable and enjoyable. He holds a dual B.S. in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.
