Fall Forward is an innovative startup studio, collaborating with entrepreneurs to co-create and develop businesses in expansive markets. We concentrate on addressing significant challenges by building cutting-edge SaaS and mobile products and services, creating groundbreaking solutions for today′s dynamic industries.

We′re in search of a Co-Founder & CEO who is ready to spearhead one of our next vertical SaaS ventures, focusing on the cultural space. As the CEO, you′ll have complete autonomy to launch, build, and run the company, but you′ll not be alone. We′ve designed a robust program to optimize your chances of success. We′ll equip you with a well-researched and market validated start-up business, including a ready to sell software product and go-to-market strategy. We′ll also pair you up with one or more team members and the venture studio team will be by your side in the early stages of growth to support product enhancement, sales and marketing, any needed back office services and assistance in raising necessary capital.You′ll also become part of a vibrant community of entrepreneurs in our portfolio who are tackling similar challenges in diverse industries.

Responsibilities

While we are open to diverse backgrounds, we generally lean towards product-centric business leaders or business-oriented product leaders who have substantial experience working in, and driving growth at software companies.

  • Secure the company′s initial funding (seed round). You′ll be able to leverage the Fall Forward team, and promote a complete MVP of the product with supporting assets
  • Assemble a winning team
  • Lead the companies go-to-market and pricing strategy, and drive initial customer sales
  • Work to establish a channel of lead agents and resellers, who have customer relationships to leverage
  • Set key milestones for growth and profitability

Qualifications

  • A proven history of success (evident through building and scaling startups, and/or promotions, high rankings, etc) in previous roles
  • Experience in a SaaS and/or App recurring revenue business (A software-focused background/knowledge is preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent leadership and management experience, including the capacity to hire and lead high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in product and customer orientation
  • Exceptional motivation, culture building, and a strong work ethic
